A willingness to take on challenges and a talent for encouraging individuals and teams to expand capabilities, their approaches and ultimately their project outcomes has been the key drivers in Trevor’s training and management journey in the resources, government and public sectors.

As a forward thinking individual Trevor has drive, ambition and ability, all of which are traits that are vital for effective business and systems management. He possess strong leadership skills developed from the management of small and large teams along with excellent organisational skills that he has gained through both his academic and work experience.

His key area of expertise is in Investigations, Root Cause Analysis, Risk Management, Training Systems Management and Behavioural Based Safety programs that support business to achieve their health and safety vision. He has been pivotal in implementing and driving Risk Management practices for threats and opportunities in both HSE and Enterprise risk. He also maintains lead auditor qualifications for management systems as well as other formal accreditations associated to risk management and training.

Trevor holds a Master's Degree in Occupational Health, Safety and Environment and is passionate about safety, training, and the development of people. He has been responsible for the implementation and development of comprehensive improvement initiatives to streamline safety and training to maximize the large investment that companies make in both safety and training.
